If the original box and papers are available, they will be included as part of the full set—otherwise, your watch will come with either a complimentary custom Lauren B box or a travel case. Every pre-owned watch is backed by our in-house warranty, and you'll also receive white glove customer service and fully insured shipping for a seamless, secure experience.

Are watches without papers still authentic?

Yes. Especially with pre-owned watches, it’s common for previous owners to have misplaced the original papers. This does not impact the authenticity of the watch—all of our watches, including those without papers, are 100% authentic and thoroughly verified by our team. In fact, watches without papers are often priced lower than the same model with a full set, making them a great option if you're looking to purchase the watch you want at a more accessible price.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes. New watches often come with the original factory warranty, with coverage length depending on the brand and the date of original sale or production. For pre-owned timepieces, we provide a limited one-year in-house warranty that covers mechanical defects, offering peace of mind with every purchase.

Can I view Lauren B’s watch inventory in person?

Do you offer remote consultations or purchases?

Yes! We offer remote consultations and purchases for clients who prefer to shop from home or are located outside the tri-state area. Our team can guide you through the process, answer questions, share photos and videos, and help you find the perfect piece—no visit required.

Can I reserve a watch or make a deposit?

Yes. A deposit can be made to reserve a watch for a short period. Deposits are non-refundable. Please contact our team to confirm availability and holding terms.

Can you source a specific watch for me?

Absolutely! If you’re looking for a specific model or limited edition timepiece, our sourcing team can track it down for you. Simply submit a request through our Watch Finder form or contact us directly.

Can I sell or trade my watch with you?

Looking to upgrade or cash out? We make it easy. We buy luxury watches like Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and more—whether it's a single watch or a full collection. Prefer to trade? You can also apply the value of your current watch toward something new from our inventory!
