- We will create a permanent design file where your setting styles, center-stone preferences and ring size are recorded. If you find your ideal ring during this visit, your consultant will assist you in purchasing it on the spot. We will follow up with you promptly after the appointment and can continuewith the next steps of finalizing the design and center-stone remotely, or in store.

- Many of our clients base their chosen design on in-stock rings or gain inspiration from our website and social media. Any setting style can be made for any type/size/quality/shape center-stone and we will help finalize each component of your ring design.

- Your consultant will carefully sort through our expansive inventory and hand select the largest and best quality options within your parameters; our diamonds are cut to maximize brilliance and face up size appearance. We will email you an HD Diamond Selection video that will clearly show you all the real-life nuances and beauty of the stones. We recommend that you quickly notify your consultant as to which stone you like best so that it can be held aside for you during the deposit process.

- Once the center-stone/design are finalized, a 50% deposit is requested to begin production on your custom design. We accept all major credit cards, checks, bank wire transfers and PayPal; layaway and financing options are available as well. Anytime a payment is made towards your order, you will receive an official work order receipt with all the details of your purchase, payment(s) and balance due.

- We ask for 3-5 weeks to create each custom made ring, however we can accommodate most any time-frame as long as it is discussed prior to production. Please note there are a rush fees associated with certain deadlines.
