Are online items available for viewing?
Yes. All items listed online are available for viewing in our New York showroom. We are constantly getting new merchandise, and we update our website as often as possible.

Are online items shown actual size?
In order to give you the best overall view, we may enlarge the photograph to show more detail, or shrink the photograph in order to show the entire item.

Can you put an item on hold for me?
In order for an item to be placed on hold and taken off our showroom floor, you would need to place a deposit, which would be applied towards the balance of the purchase. If after 30 days you do not buy the item, the deposit will be returned to you in the form of store credit. All deposits are non-refundable. Please contact us for more information.

How frequently do you get new pieces?
We are constantly updating our inventory with the latest and finest designs in jewelry. Check the site frequently for new listings, and feel free to stop in to our store.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, personal and cashier checks, PayPal, bank wires, and money orders.

Is sales tax added to online purchases?
Sales tax is only applied to purchases shipped within New York state.

How will my order be shipped?
All items are shipped via either UPS second day or next day air depending on the purchase price of the item. Please refer to Customer Service page for more information.

How long does it typically take to process my order?
We ship in-stock items within five days of payment clearance. Time for custom and special orders varies, and we will notify you of this beforehand.

Where can you ship my orders?
We ship to anywhere within the United States. Sorry, we cannot ship outside of the United States. We also allow for in-store pick-up on any item ordered through our website.

Does Lauren B provide certificates for their diamonds?
Yes. Every engagement ring is accompanied by a certificate from the associated grading institute.

Can Lauren B create a mounting for my own diamond?
Yes. You can choose from one of our settings, or we can help you create a custom-designed setting and have your diamond mounted in it.

Are your diamonds conflict free?
All of our diamonds are conflict free, based upon our personal knowledge and the information provided to us by our suppliers. We will always strive to uphold the legitimacy of the diamond trade and disclose the source of all our gemstones.

Do you sell clarity enhanced or fracture filled diamonds?
No. All of our diamonds are natural, and have not been altered in any way.

Why is there a difference between the retail value and “our price”?
Due to the competitive nature of the jewelry trade, we gently price our merchandise in an effort to gain new customers and satisfy our existing clientele.

Are rings available in any finger size?
Depending on the style and make of the ring, we can usually size the ring to your fit. Most rings come in a stock size of six. When purchasing a ring, please inquire about sizing options.

Do you make custom jewelry?
Yes! At Lauren B, we use the finest artisans to create magnificent custom-designed pieces that are created to your specifications. Please call or e-mail us contact us with your request.

Is it possible for me to pay using two different credit cards?
Yes, you can contact us during our normal store hours to help guide you through the process.

Do you provide insurance with your jewelry?
No, however we can provide you with an appraisal that can be used to obtain insurance. We recommend insuring your jewelry so that in the event something unforeseen happens you, will be covered.

Is this an auction website?
Laurenbjewelry.com is not an auction website, and you are not competing against other bidders. When you submit a "Best Offer" on an item, it goes directly to us for review.

How can I submit a Best Offer?
It’s simple. Just log in to your account and click the “Best Offer” button when you get to the page of an item you want. From there, fill in the required fields.

What happens after an offer is submitted?
Our customer support team has 24 hours to either accept your offer or make a counteroffer.

If my offer is accepted, how can I make a payment on the item?
If your offer is accepted, we will provide you with a promotion code. When you enter this code at checkout, it will automatically bring the price down to our agreed-upon amount.

How long are agreed-upon offers valid for?
After an offer is accepted, the promotion code is valid for up to 10 days. However, without a deposit we can not put the item on hold for you, so act fast!

Can I cancel my offer?
Yes, you can always cancel your offer. The “best offer” process is non-binding and by placing an offer you are not obligated financially in any way.

Are all items on the website (including diamonds) available for “Make an Offer”?
Select jewelry items are eligible. Even though all jewelry items have a "Best Offer" button present on the page, it is up to Lauren B Jewelry's sole discretion whether to review offers on an item. This decision is base on an aggregate of internal factors. All items found in the "Diamonds & Engagement" section, however, are priced at wholesale and are not available for "Best Offer".

Do you offer the same return policy as on regular priced items?
Yes. All items sold through "Best Offer" carry the same return policy. Please refer to the Customer Services section for details.

What is considered an unreasonable offer?
For example, if an item is listed at $2000, and you submit an offer somewhere in the $1000 range, your offer will automatically be rejected. Please be considerate of our time and expenses.

Why can it be more benefial to directly add items to the shopping bag as opposed to going through the offering process?
By adding to the shopping bag, you guarantee that the item is yours. Some of our merchandise is one of kind and can not be reproduced, so it may be in your best interest to act quickley and pay our competitive prices without going through the "Best Offer" process.
